Moved in three steps
You export contacts, deals and notes as CSV. For HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign and Close we have guides that take ten minutes. We receive the files in the setup call.
We import with field mapping, merge duplicates, rebuild your pipelines and translate your key automations into FinSuites workflows. You get a list of what was migrated how.
You check samples, we correct. Then you swap forms and calendar links on your website and switch the old system off. Only then do you cancel there.

FAQ
Common questions about switching
When do I cancel my old system?
Only once you have checked samples in FinSuites and swapped the forms on your website. Not before. Most providers allow monthly cancellation, one month of overlap is well spent.
What if my data is messy?
That is the rule, not the exception. On import we merge duplicates and map fields. Whatever cannot be cleaned automatically you get as a list.
Can I test in parallel first?
Yes. The Starter is free. Import 500 contacts, build a pipeline, test a workflow. The full move comes once you are convinced.
What does the Custom Setup cost?
A fixed price you know before we start. It depends on the number of pipelines, workflows and funnels to be rebuilt. We settle that in the setup call.
How safe is handing over my data?
Export files are transferred encrypted, deleted after import and used exclusively for the migration. The DPA under Art. 28 GDPR covers the process.
