Your plan is a fixed monthly price. Usage and add-ons run on a credit balance, prepaid style: you top up, every action draws its amount, every charge is itemised. Part of it is already covered by your monthly usage credit.

Questions about pricing and billing
Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan itself costs $0, permanently. A payment method is added at signup. You are only billed for usage-based services if you actively use them, for example custom domains, email sending or telephony.
What happens after the free trial?
Growth and Scale come with a 7-day free trial. After that, regular billing for your plan starts. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Your system, your contacts and your automations stay fully intact.
Are there hidden costs?
No. You pay your plan's price. Usage such as email sending, telephony or WhatsApp messages is drawn from your monthly credit first and billed transparently by consumption beyond that. Optional add-ons include the WhatsApp channel at $19.99 per month, the AI Agent from $70 per month or a personal setup.
What is the usage credit?
A fixed amount we credit you every month for sending, telephony, messages and automations: $5 on Growth, $10 on Scale. It starts once your trial ends and expires at the end of each month. $10 covers roughly 9,800 emails or 650 call minutes, which is the normal month for many accounts.
What does WhatsApp cost?
The WhatsApp channel is $19.99 per month on every plan and can be cancelled anytime. Individual messages are billed by Meta per category and country, around $0.08 per message on average, drawn from your credit balance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no hidden fees and no questions asked.
